High Silica Tape
High Silica Tape is woven by high silica yarn with 96% SiO2, has salvaged edges to prevent raveling. It’s available for applications requiring minimum shrinkage at high temperature, with excellent size stability against heating. High silica fiberglass tape can used for a long time without changing its properties at the temperature 900℃. Its softening point is closely 1700℃ and it can be used under 1000℃ situation for a long time.
It’s used for high temperature working conditions, such as protection of equipment fire, extreme heat, welding splatter and molten metal in molten metallurgy, electric power, coal and other industries to ensure safety and smooth operation.
