High Silica Texturized Yarn Bulk Yarn
High Silica Texturized yarn is a kind of Bulk Yarn, the product that one or more strands of continues yarn or single-end yarn are volumized, curled and winded together by air jet. It is in property of high bulk structure and broader coverage. High Silica Texturized Yarns can be used for a long period of time without changing its properties at high temperature 1000℃ as it contains more than 96% silica. Texturized silica bulk yarn possesses a stronger product with an enhanced temperature rating and less shrinkage than the regular silica yarn.
High Silica Texturized Yarn Bulk Yarn is mainly used to weave fabric, tape, rope, packing, sleeve, webbing. (eg. Heat-resistance cloth, filter cloth and wear- resistant material, etc.)

Product Applications
1. Use to braid rope/packing for seal thermal insulation.
2. Use to weave heat insulation gasket.
3. Use to braid heat resistance sleeving.
4. Use to weave texturized fabric/tape for high temperature resistance.
5. Use to knit filter bag dust bag to collect and filtrate high temperature gas.
