Chopped Stands for Thermoplastic (Рубленое Стекловолокно для PP/PA) are based on silane coupling agent and special sizing formulation, compatible with PA,PBT/PET, PP, AS/ABS, PC, PPS/PPO,POM, LCP.

Chopped Stands for Thermoplastic are used as reinforcements in thermoplastics and thermoset molding compounds to produce melded parts for electrical, mechanical and chemical resistant applications in transportation, appliance, business machine, farm equipment and electrical, construction industries.

Application

Chopped Stands for Thermoplastic are mainly used in injection and compression molding process and its typical end-use applications include automotive industry, home-appliances, valves, pump house, chemical corrosion resistance and sports apparatus. 


Storage

Fiberglass roving should be stored in its original packing in a dry and cool place. Best conditions are at temperatures from 15 to 35℃ and humidity between 35 to 65%. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than three layers high, when the pallets are stacked in 2 or 3 layer, care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.
