Honeycomb Ceramic Heat Storage
The honeycomb ceramic regenerator for metallurgical
machinery (integral) consists of parallel and evenly distributed honeycomb
channels. It can be made of cordierite, mullite- cordierite, mullite, corundum
mullite, corundum, silion carbide, aluminium ceramic, dense medium and high
alumina, stoneware ceramic and other ceramic materials in different sizes and shapes.
It has the advantages of low thermal expansion coefficient, large specific
surface area, heat resistant impact, low pressure drop resistance, fast thermal
conductivity, accelerated chemical reaction speed, super adsorption and other
ordinary ceramic balls and ceramic rings. As the core component of RTO/RCO
technology, it plays the role of regenerative heat exchanger and has the
function of puritying VOCs and other waste gas. In the recovery of flue gas
waste heat, promote eficient combustion at the same time, greatly reduce NOx
emissions, widely used in waste gas purification and gas oxidation RTO and RCO
devices.
